Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

International Orders

    Night Game is not currently shipping internationally. Please contact us at mgmt@nightgamegoods for details.

    Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mgmt@nightgamegoods.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

    Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
